In the girls frosh/soph bracket, freshmen Andrea Osbon and Brea Blankenship each brought home individual titles, with Osbon throwing a personal best in the shot put at 36 feet, 8.5 inches — moving her onto Siuslaw’s all-time top 10 list at No. 8. Osbon also claimed fifth place in the discus in Grants Pass with a mark of 96-6. Blankenship, meanwhile, finished the 1,500-meter race in 5 minutes, 14.23 seconds for the win, and also ran a PR time of 2:27.02 in the 800 meters for second place overall. Gracie Freudenthal, also a freshman, had personal bests in both hurdles races after finishing third in the 300-meter hurdles in 48.24, and fifth in the 100 hur- dles at 17.69. Sophomore Anne Wartnik ran a PR in the 3,000 meters at 11:29.70 for seventh place, and fellow sophomore Chloe Madden was 13th in the race in 12:21.49. For the boys, sophomore Ryan Rendon-Padilla threw the javelin 163-9 for second place. Freshman Skylar Loomis was third in the javelin with a PR throw of 145-8. In the 800 meters, sophomore Kiger Johnson PRd for fourth place with a time of 2:06.97. In the varsity division, junior Madison Reynolds threw a season-best mark in the girls shot put at 33- 3.5 for 11th place. For the varsity boys, senior KC Tatum threw a PR of 44-2 in th shot put for 13th place.
