Paredes and his family moved to Florence in 2004. They raised two of their chil- dren (Linda and Caleb) in Florence. Paredes’ wife, Lydia, is a flight attendant for SkyWest Airlines. Parades’ hobbies include baseball and broadcasting high school sports on local KCST radio. Prior to real estate, he spent 30 years as a pastor. “I’m excited to serve this wonderful community and help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals,” Parades said. Flescher relocated to Florence this past year with her husband and family. Her real estate career began at Keller Williams in Corvallis. As a Christian wife and mother, Flescher said she enjoys serv- ing families in her community, and helping her clients achieve their real estate dreams quickly, with as little fuss as possible. “I seek to find fun and enjoyment in every situation, and apply the same sense of wonder to my real estate pro- fession,” said Flescher. Flescher has experienced sales in many different genres, but settled on real estate for its diversity and constant chal- lenges. In her real estate career, she has assisted with a wide range of clients including investors, families, first-time home buyers and trusts.
