A future show is being planned for a later date featuring “Fanny Rugburn” and “Ana Khonda,” portrayed by Matthieu Korso. Sunday, March 12 M APLETON L IONS TO SERVE PANCAKES The Mapleton Lions Club, 88148 Riverview Dr., Mapleton, will host its monthly pancake breakfast Sunday from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. Menu includes pancakes, sausage, ham and eggs. Tuesday, March 14 P ROSTATE CANCER SUPPORT The Us TOO Florence Prostate Cancer Education/Support Group. will meet at the Presbyterian Church of the Siuslaw from 5 to 7 p.m. Prostate cancer survivors and their spouses/loved ones will be sharing their personal experi- ences and discussing the latest prostate cancer research in the eight-page March Us TOO “Hot Sheet.” Meetings are an excellent source of prostate cancer information. Call Bob Horney at 541-999- 4239 for more information. Wednesday, March 15 tunes in tow, mostly ’60s, ’70s and ’80s covers, along with a few originals and instrumentals. He has a weekly show on KXCR radio on Thursdays at 1:30 p.m. Tea and coffee will be provided. Guests over age 21 can BYOB. Healthy finger foods are welcome. The event is free to the public, but donations appreciated. Thursday, March 16 B ASEBALL SPAGHETTI FEED The Siuslaw High School base- ball team will be hosting a spaghetti feed fundraiser in the high school mall area from 5 to 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 per person; chil- dren age 10 and under eat free. Tickets cam be purchased at the door. Friday, March 17 available for purchase. Bingo card will be paper, so bring dobbers. Cost is $10 for 6 cards per game for adults, or $5 for children. B LOOD DRIVE AT SHS Siuslaw senior Destinie Tatum will be holding a blood drive at Siuslaw High School from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There are six openings every 15 minutes and the goal is to fill a total of 120 slots from students and communi- ty members.
