Laura Leff
Robert and
Viletta Hill
of Eugene, who settled to
Oregon from Oklahoma. Laura
labored as a waitress before
becoming a devoted wife and
dedicated mother.
In 1948, Laura Hill was mar-
ried to a logger, Forrest Leff,
and together they raised four
children: Vicky, Randy, Karen
and Scott.
Laura was sadly preceded in
rest by Forrest; Randy and
Karen, all of whom are dearly
missed. Laura leaves a long
legacy of family: four grand-
children: Trent, Cherry, Eric
and Marc; along with 10 great-
grandchildren.
Laura was “Mom” to many
more than just her own, and we
couldn’t ask for a better exam-
ple of what being a mom really
was about.
A memorial celebration will
be held in her honor at later
date.
Burns’s Riverside Chapel
Florence Funeral Home was in
charge of arrangements.
