From the service line, sopho- more Jordan Long sent 3 aces over the net, along with 2 aces from senior Brittany Long. In the first set, Siuslaw had the advantage early on, establishing a quick 8-1 lead. The Cheesemakers came from behind to tie the set at 10-10, then the Vikings moved ahead 18-16. However, Tillamook commanded the serve for the next nine points to take the opening game, 25-18. In the second match, Tillamook had eight service errors but still managed a narrow 25-23 win to move one game away from a sweep. The Lady Viks managed to take the advantage twice in the third set, with leads of 8-4 and 12-7. The Cheesemakers rallied for a slim 14-13 lead, only to have Siuslaw tie the game at 16- 16. Like the first set, Tillamook came on strong, riding the momentum of a 9-2 run to com- plete the sweep, 25-18.
