Served with bread, Country mustard and fresh tomato and onion herb relish. 8 SALOTO DE VENETE (EGGPLANT SPREAD) A classic European spread made with eggplant, spices and herbs. Served with European crusted bread, Country mix olives and sliced tomatoes. 8 PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM BURGER A vegetarian wonder. With onions, bell peppers, zucchini, olives. Sautéed in a basil, butter sauce. Topped with provolone cheese. Served on a bun with Romanian potato salad. 12 CRAB AND SHRIMP BURGER Dungeness Crab burger topped with sautéed onions, 2 large prawns, tomato and lettuce. Served on a bun with Romanian potato salad. 17 BASIL AND GARLIC BUTTER SPREAD Fresh basil, roasted garlic and creamery butter spread served with European crusted bread. 7 BLACK SEA SKEWERED SHRIMP Grilled shrimp and coconut and pineapple served with my famous Black Sea sweet chili sauce. 9 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ENTREES~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ CRAB CAKES ALA EUROPA Dungeness crab mixed with special spices served with two dipping sauces of aioli and my European tomato and onion relish with a side of County mix olives. CHICKEN SCHNITZEL Large chicken breast fl attened and seasoned with our old Country herb seasonings and fl our. Pan fi red and served with mashed potatoes and a side green salad. 14 DOLMAS (STUFFED GRAPE LEAVES) A European delicacy. Made from scratch in Mari’s Kitchen. Served with County mix olives and herbed tomato dipping sauce. 9 STUFFED BELL PEPPER Ground pork and beef mix with herbs tomatoes and onions. Stuffed into a fresh large bell pepper and cooked to perfection. Flavorful and delicious these sausages are a blend of beef and pork with savory herbs. Served with stone ground mustard, bread and salad. 14 ROMANIAN MEATBALL SANDWICH Herbed and seasoned beef and ground pork in the classic “fl at” meatball shape in our savory tomato marinara sauce. Served on a European baguette. Comes with our Romanian potato salad. 12 BALTIC SEA STYLE SAUTEED PRAWNS Large prawns, sautéed with garlic, wine, basil and brandy with heavy cream. Served with European crusty bread and salad. 16 GORGONZOLA BURGER Hand formed patty from ground chuck. Topped with melted gorgonzola and served on a bun. Served with lettuce, tomato and onion.
