Siuslaw twice, and Thrall was 1-for-2 with 1 run scored. Thursday, Siuslaw traveled to Sutherlin, where they returned from 1B 2 runs scored. Stinnett scored Sailors from 1B and shot put (30-03). The Lady Sailors also had scoring from Brittany Wilson, who was third place in the shot put (21-03), fifth in the discus (38-10) and fourth in the javelin (51-09). For the boys, Hunter Simington took home first place in the pole vault after clearing 10-0. Simington also placed sec- ond in the 200-meter race (25.28) and ran a leg on the win- ning 4x100-meter relay team (50.68) with AJ Foster, Dominic Wells and Tanner Wilson. In the high jump, Cole Spencer cleared 5-2 for the win, followed by Wells in third place at 5-0. Spencer and Wells each ran a leg on the second-place 4x400- meter relay team (4:50) with Wilson and Trevver D’Auteuil. Wilson went on to win the javelin with a mark of 120-03. Also in the throws, D’Auteuil was fifth in the shot put (30- 01.5) and third in the discus (93- 06). He also placed fifth in the 400 meters (1:28.56). Zac Croson fourth in the 400- meter race (1:19), ninth in the discus (66-01), 10th in the javelin (72-11) and 12th in the shot out (24-06). Tuesday, the Sailors will be at Siuslaw High School competing in the Viking JV meet, beginning at 4 p.m. after five innings in a 17-0 loss. Today, the Vikings are at Junction City for a doubleheader with the Tigers that will begin at noon, with a shirt break before game two. On April 7, Siuslaw will be at home, marking its final non- league matchup of the season.
