peacefully
Joyce Henry
at Peace-
H e a l t h
Sacred Heart Medical Center at
RiverBend at 3:10 a.m.
She is survived by her loving
husband, James M. Henry; they
would have been married 52
years Jan. 31.
Joyce had four children:
Sheila Rae Henry, Allen Ray,
(who proceeded her in death in
1963), William Charles Henry
and Gayle Anona Henry; five
grandchildren and two great-
grandchildren.
She last worked in retail and
at Fred Meyer, in Florence,
where she retired from.
The Henrys moved to
Florence about 30 years ago and
Joyce enjoyed gardening flow-
ers and vegetables.
Lately, she loved to watch the
birds, squirrels and other ani-
mals along the Siuslaw River
from her front window. The
birds and squirrels really miss
her — no more sun flower
seeds.
There will be a private family
memorial at a later date.
The family wishes to express
its love and a heartfelt “thank
you” to the wonderful staff at
South Hills Rehab Center in
Eugene; we are so grateful to
you all and to the staff at
RiverBend, who made Joyce’s
last days comfortable. Thank
you so much.
