He came to work at Coast real Estate in 1977 and has witnessed and participated in the growth of Florence ever since. He and physician Clare Brien live among the forest in a rural coastal cabin. When people ask how they could leave Santa Cruz, they say that Florence reminded them of Santa Cruz when they were kids. Mike’s early years were spent in west Eugene, however, where his family owned a cherry orchard. He dreamed of moving to Florence from that time. Mike is a General Contractor as well as a Broker. Wanda and Mike bring 40 years of joint business ownership and management with them, specializing in com- mercial as well as new construction and residential sales. Mike and Wanda have a personal and thorough knowledge of the local and surrounding area. Stacey Teter For the past nine years Coldwell Banker Coast Real Estate clients have enjoyed coming into the office to be greeted by Stacey and her warm caring smile. She loves working at Coldwell Banker Coast Real Estate and couldn’t imagine a better group of people to work with! When Stacey is not assisting clients, she loves to spend time with her family at home, camping or attending her sons’ sporting events. Chuck migrated to Ventura County in southern California in 1962, founded and managed Channel Islands Amusement, a coin operated music, amusement and vend- ing company. After selling the business in 2000, Chuck moved to Florence and settled down. In his spare time he enjoys cooking, reading, woodworking and his one real pas- sion, restoring old jukeboxes.
