John F. Caples is the nominee for
the Lower House, and he was a mem
ber in the last Legislature and did

Clerk. This is the individual who

jit was done. J. M. Cavwood. the

organization, and poor Campbell's

j votes. If he reads that list when he
j gets to .Salem he will probaldy lose
one of the only two daily papers that
now advocate his election.

tration, excepting the penitentiary
