form as upon real property under execu
tion to the person who will pay the taxes
lev'ed in January, 1H07, tlnreon, and

sale, and accruing costs thereon, and

mals within Morrow connty, have taken up and
have in my possession at my place 8 miles south
of Heppner, 3 white and black spotted sows,
about one year old, no marks.
The owner or owters of said animals are
hereby notified that unless the same are claimed
within the proper time or manner, that I will
on Saturday, the 15th of February. 1908, at the
hour of tor. o'clock in rhe forenoon of said day,
at my said farm, sell the said described animals
in the manner and for the purposes provided by
law.
