Notice is hereby Riven that by virtue
of n warrant bearing the date of Jan. 2,
19J8, issued by the Coun y Clerk of
Morrow Count v. Orepon, to me directed
ooiumun ine me to sell the several tracts
or parcels of real property embraced in
the assessment roll of Morro County,
Oregon, for the year inOti, the taxes of
w hich remained unpaid nn the first Mon
day of October. 1!07, and returned de
linquent on said roll, in the manner ami
form as upon real property under execu
tion to the person who will pay the taxes
levied in January, l!K)7, thereon, and
th penalties and interest to the date of
sale, and accruing costs thereon, and
take a certificate of sale at the hwest
rate of interest; provided, however, the
maximum rate shall not exceed ten per
cent.

parcels of real property, the same being
in Morrow Oonntv. Oregon, with the
taxes, penalties and interest therein as
aforesaid and the names of the persons
