Judge O'Sulhvant made this com ment before he discharged the jury in the case of Max Levine, accused of forgery in the third degree, and re manded Levine for trial before another jury. The manner in which the Dis trict Attorney handled the case led the Judge to take this action. "This case is elemental in its prepara tion," said the Judge.
