Come! Let Us Call the Whole Family Together.__Let Us Lay Aside for the Moment the Air of Mystery Surrounding Christmas Giving and Have a Straight forward Talk About Giving the Whole Family the Best Present • of All : : : (/Vo«?/ Somebody Confess First!) We all know that we want a piano—we know the very corner where it will be placed. But as each Christmas approached we" permitted our atten tion to wonder over the great field of individual gifts, choos ing this one and that, forgetting the FAMILY GIFT—the most important of all. (GoodI That is True— True for us All, isn’t it?) But you know how it has been—money is not so plentiful that we could make the usual number of individual gifts and also get a great big one for the FAMILY. It seemed out of the ques tion. Yet through all the days from one Christmas to another we have wished we had arranged it somehow—the house is so glum at times without a piano! (Yes, None of Us haPe eOer felt Quite Right about it.) And pro bably we would have gone on in the same way, year after year, just for lack of a leader—somebody to take the initia tive, but this year the leader has bean supplied from outside. The Eiler Music .House has just made an announcement that points the vOay. (No Wonder all seem Surprised— This is Unusual.) For exam ple, we can select a Chickering Quarter Grand, the price of which is $768. We will have to pay only $50 for the first pay ment. Thereafter, because of the special Christmas terms, we will pay only $25 a month. If we choose the Eiler EH Model upright piano at $318, an instrument thoroughly war ranted by Eilers, the first payment is $10, and the monthly payments $6 for the first year. (Well, th a t’s the use of Talking Purser about it?) We are all of one mind—that’s evident from the happy faces. Only thing to do is to visit the Stockwell-Rice Music Company and choose. Not only the Chickering and Eilers pianos are ob tainable on such terms, but the Smith & Barnes, the Kimball and 35 of the best makes. (Oh—you vOould rather hade a Player-Piano?) Well, leave that to a family vote. It ought to carry, since everybody who votes for the player-piano can play it whenever the whim seizes. Won’t the house be merry then*, Mother and the little chap can play as well as sister. If we decide upon a player-piano we have a wide choice at Eilers Music- House, and the instruments are the best in the world. The same liberal terms apply to player-pianos as to pianos. So it’s all settled—and the best of it is we can go right ahead with our individu al gifts. Eilers pianos at Stockwelt-Rice M usic Co. A T.
