Every p art of th e body is dependent on the blood for nourishm ent and streng th . W hen th is life stream is flowing through th e system in a state of purity and richness we are assured of perfect and uninterrupted h ealth ; becam e pure blood is n atu re’s safe-guard ag ainst disease. W hen, however, th e body is fed on wenk, im pure o r polluted blood, th e system is deprived of its streng th , disease germ s collect, and th e trouble is m anifested in various ways. P ustular eruptions, pim ples, rashes and th e different sk in affections show th at th e blood is in a feverish and diseased condition as a resu lt of too m uch acid or th e presence of som e irritatin g hum or. Sores and Ulcers are th e re ru lt of m orbid, unhealthy m atter in the blood, and R heum atism , Ca tarrh , Scrofula, C ontagious Blood Poison, etc., are all deep-seated blood disorders th a t w ill continue to grow worse as long as the poison rem ains. These im purities and poisons find th eir w ay in to th e blood in various ways. Often a sluggish, inactive condition of the system , and torpid state of the avenues of bodily waste, leaves th e refuse and w aste m atters to sour and form uric and other acids, which are taken up by th e blood and distributed thron; '.lout th e circulation. C om ing in contact w ith contagious diseases is another cause for th e poisoning of th e blood ; we also breathe th e germ s and m icrobes of M alaria in to our lungs, and when these g et into th e blood in i ufficient q uantity it becomes a carrier of disease instead of health. Some are unfortunate as to inherit bad blood, perhaps th e dregs of som e old constit utional disease of ancestors is handed down to them and they are const.i .'ly annoyed and troubled w ith it. Bad blood is th e source of all dis ease, and u ntil th is vital fluid is cleansed and purified the body is sure to suffer in som e way. For blood troubles of any character S. S. S. is th e best remedy ever discovered. It goes down into the circulation and rem oves any and all poisons, supplies the healthful properties it nveils, and com pletely and perm anently cures blood diseases of every kind. T he action of S. S. S. is so thorough th at hereditary tain ts are removed ami weak, diseased blood m ade strong and h ealth y so th a t disease cannot rem ain. It cures R heum atism , C atarrh, Scrofula, Sores Ulcers, Skin Diseases, C ontagious PURELY VEGETABLE and Blood Poison, etc., and does n ot leave the •lig h test trace of th e trouble for future outbreaks. The w hole volum e of blood is renewed and cleanser! after a course of S. S. S. G E N U IN E Suffered Torments from Birth — Boils Formed as Big as Walnuts — In Frightful Condition and Could Hardly W ork— Tried All Kinds of Remedies to No Avail— At Last WHOLLY CURED IN 8 MONTHS BY CUTICURA “ I had an itching, tormenting eczema ever since I came into the world, and I am now a man fifty-five years old. I tried all kinds of medicines I heard of, but found no relief. I was truly in a frightful condition. At last my blood was so bad that I broke out all over with red and white boils, which kept growing until they were as big as wal nuts, causing great pain and misery. I thought they woula take the skin off my whole body, but I kept from scratch ing as well as I could. I was so run down .hat I could hardly do my work. Mr. Nelson R. Burnett recommended the use of Cuticura Remedies, telling me he was confident they would benefit and, in time, cure me. I used the Cuti- cura Soap, Ointment, Resolvent, and Pills for about eight months, and I can truthfully say I am cured. I cordially recommend Cuticura Remedies to all who are afflicted the same as I was, be lieving that, if they will use them according to directions, they will find them all they are represented to be. Any one doubting the truth of the above can write to Mr. Burnett, who will cheer fully vouch for my statements. •‘ Hale Bordwell, R. F. D. 3, Cedar Corners, Tipton, la., Aug. 17, 1907.” “ I cheerfully endorse the above tes timonial. It is the truth. I know Mr. Bordwell and know the condition he was in.
