Justice Wilson held the defendant without bail to ap|>ear at the December term of circuit court. A complaint has also been made by City Attorney Jones against Justice Wilson imilar to that against the marshal and ♦his will also presumably come up in December. There is no doubt now but that Mrs. George Moore, residing across the river from Buena Vista, was murdered.
