working at the blacksmith trade for
two or three years past in North Pow
der, Wits arretted last Tuesday evening
for the seduction of his wife's sister,
Minta Gardner, a deformed girl who

will see that full punishment is meted
out to him. He was taken before a
Justice of the Peace there and a pre
liminary examination was had on
Wednesday. His bonds were fixed at
