President BotoY Visit President Soto, of the Republic of Honduras, has lately visited this country ostensibly for the purpose of interesting capitalists in the wonder- fully rich mineral deposits of that little country, but really to strengthen dipJand am naIW Eta to that one bottle lomatic relations with us. England , is determined to become the world's merchant, and accordingly fastens her imperial grasp upon all points having commercial advantages. For t least four hundred years her main effort has been to dominate the commerce of the world.
