It has accomplished no good but what
was counterbalanced by corruption.
With its vast anil thorough organiza
tion its leaders' attempt to cover up
and hide its rotteness. Bi t the millions

from the War department and the
Interior, its miles-a-nd miles of land
given to railroad corporations, its
Credit Mobiler swinnle, its Black
Friday, its Whiskey Frauds and its
K'tar Route 'robberies- are tho mile

people that continue it in power have
forgotten that "eternal vigilance is the

It is against thid great organiza
tion, this ovei whelming corruption
which will stoop to anything to con

people, that the Democracy must con
tend. And to contend successfully it
must cease to be a mob. It must be
an organization guided by the most

patriotism. It must lead as would
public opinion. It must send the
