Had paid a portion of the money to Krooks Purchased the second fifty shares with money borrowed of Sidney Dillon, lirooks furnished none of it. Thought he paid over par for the last fifty shares ol stock, way. The whole stock, one hundred and fifty shares, belonged to me, aid, all the dividend were mine. Urooks had no ownership in any of the them. He simply advanced $10,000. There was no anderstending that he was to derive any benefit from tho stock.
