Luther Kinpj, of this county, who, it is alleged, eloped with a girl of about fourteen, some daya since, was over hauled this side of Portland, and, with (he girl, brought back on last Mouday. Little Lute, " as he is sometimes called, was examined before Judge Burnett, on seperato charges of horse stealing and abduction, and in default of bail was com mi ted to the county lock up to await further proccepings.
