Call again, gentlemen. Conceri. The Concert given by tho singing class of Prof. Rutan on Thursday night was a complete success. Tho class, many of whom knew little of music three months ago, showed their advancement by the prompt manner in which they answered questions propounded to them by the Professor, and also by persons in the audience, as well as by the execution of many very difficult pieces. We have not space to notice all, and will not. therefore, mention any one in particu!ar. Suflico it to say that the effort made was satisfactory to tho crowd "'pre sent ; and as the Professor designs remaining another quarter, and then give another public entertainment, tho people of Dallas will look forward with high anticipation for the musieat treat which they will umlouWdly get. Tho Rand discoursed their best music, and drew from the Professor, as well as the audience, many tokens of commendation. Indigestion is not dangerous, say the faculty rerhaps not in itself, while it remains mere in. digestion Imt look at the consequences to which it may lead, and often does lead when it becomes x chronic disease. A spark of firo is a finall thing. A pressure of the foot will put it out; breath will extinguish it. Yet it may fire apow. der mill, or kindle a flame that will consume a city. In like manner indigestion may produc, gastritis ; cancer of the stomach, congestion of tho bowels, apoplexy, liver disease and many other dangerous maladies. Is it not wise, then to check it in the germ ? Nothing is more clearly and indisputably established tlian that Hostet ter's Stcmach Bitters will eradicate dyspepsia Id all its stages, The true policy, however, is to ex tinguish it in the first stages with this whole some, powerful, and infallible tonic and altera live. It is easier to quench a spark than a flame and it is easier to cure dyspepsia when it is first developed, than when it has made headway by neglect, ana uocome complicated with other ail- ments, Thero is not the shadow of a doubt that tho bitters are as directly antagonistic to dys pepsia as water is to fire. There are thousands of cases on record proving this fact. The rem edy Is safe and agreeable. All the liquors of commerce prescribed as stimulants leave a sting behind.
