ENGLISH POLITICS. Lord Salisbury Hectares In Favor of Woman Suffrage. Lonpon, July 10. Lord Salis bury says he believes the question of women voting demands consid eration. He declares home rule has not effected any lodgment in England. Speaking in regard to a revision of the electorate, Lord VOL. VI NO. 194 Salisbury declared any change in this direction ought to be associ ated with a redistribution of seats in parliament. Ireland, Wales and Xorth Scotland are greatly over represented, while England, es Iecially London, is greatly under represented, and a redistribution of seats must be to the advantage of the conservatives. Earl Spencer, formerly lord lieutenant of Ire land, declares the policy of the liberals in favor of home rule for Ireland is as popular in the Eng land constituencies now as before disaster overtook the Parnellites, and home rule would be the first proposal introduced in the next liberal parliament.
