the subject ot the site, and it will

Philadelphia, accepts the sugges
tion for holding a :ouference with
a local committee in Chicago, in
stead of Philadelphia, some time
next month, to settle the old ques
tion of the respective jurisdictions

soon be determined. The local
board at Chicago has been no pull
