It is a paying that has passed
almost into an axiom that nearly
all people are insane on some
questions. The point to establish
is the extent of their insanity. An
Omaha paper, in discussing this
subject savs that it is foolish to
shut the eye to the frequency of.
insanity, or to estimate lightly'
those maladies of the mind which:
produce excessive anger, jealousy,
or caprice, l ar too many homes
are made miserable for years, and

are allowed to enjoy freedom and
exercise their tyranny simply be-!
