H, Watkins Want $10,528 from the 8onthfra Pacificfjfor Injuries Received.iB W. II. Watkins has brought suit in the circuit court in this city for $10,528 damages claimed on ac count of injuries received recentlv at Lebanon by falling from a high sidewalk near the depot. The sidewalk had no balustrade or light to show its dangerous con dition and the plaintiff walked off. Another passenger, a big fat woman, fell upon him, and for this indignity together with several broken ribs received by the fall, damages in the amount of $10,528 is claimed.
