Understanding that a pet!;:on
will be presented to your honora

Mreet in said city, and, as a natu

less and unjust. We do not object
to a reasonable grade of said street
or streets, but consider the grade,
as pioposed, unreasonable, inequi

lute destruction of some property
on said streets, rendering the same
wholly useless and worthless,
without the expenditure by the
owners of such property of as much
or more money thn the property
is now worth or would be worth af
ter such grading had been done.
