CABI-

organizations have been sent to
congress, regularly, for several
years, asking t!iat body to create a
department of agriculture, making
its head a cabinet ollicer. Congress
has finally complied with the re

his disposal, which the aspirants j

not fitted with an occupant. This
will be the case if the president
signs the bill, which is doubtful.
The bill as it passed the senate

that the senators be elected by a

The modes of death's approach are
various, and statistics show conclusive
ly that more persons die from diseased
of the throat and lungs than auy other,
ft is probable that everyone, without
exception, receives vast ru rubers of
I'ubeiclo Germs into the system and
where these germs fall upon suitable
soil they start into life and develop,
at flm slowly and is shown by a
slight tickling sensation in the throat
aud if allowed to continue their
ravages they extend to the lung's pro
ducing consumption and to the head,
causing catarrh. Now nil this is
dangerous and if allowed to proceed
will in time cause death. At the onset
