Beebe made a request for a number in order to facilitate target practice, as the sights are great imprvement on those of the old guns. Forty rive of the guns now held by the First will be sent to the Third to make up for the deficiency. About Wheat. The wheat market had been a little Hrtvvn fnr a fww t.jir nritii yesterday when the price in this city advanced again to 75 cems. The tone of the market is hopeful, and wheat is firm at this price. In New York and Liverpool the markets are reported firm and al together the wheat outlook is en couraging. Seventy-five cents is considerably above the ruling price frr sftvpral vpars and manv farmers wiil doubtless sell at this figure rather than risk the fluctuation of tne u-iarket. It is to sav the least a fair pi ice for wheat. - To the "Incurable" Siek Dr. Pilkington has accepted the j agency of Histogenetic Food, the wonderful discovery of Eugene j Jordan, which it is claimed cures the most intractable form of dis ease. Dr. Pilkington will be at the Revere house, Albany, all day Mondav, Sept. 10, and invites to i a tree examination all cases given up as incurable, particularly, lung, rheumatic, kidney, liver or other serious uisease.
