Finding ol Schley Court- New York, Dec. 5.— A special to the Press from Washing'on says: Rear-Admiral Schley has been fouud at fault on five counts by the court of inquiry. This comes from a person wbo is in a position to learn the opinion of the three Admiral» on the different specifications of the precept. I t is understood that the court finds against Schley: First— For the delay of the flying squadron off Cienfuegos. Second— For misrepresentation of the reasons for returning to Key West for coal. Third— For disobedience of or ders in making the retrograde movement. Fourth— For failure to destroy the Colon.
