That any person or persons wishing to obtain a li cense to maintain, operate or run a bowling alley within the cor porate limits of the town of Coquille City, Coos county, Oregon, shall make application to the board of tr ustees of said towu for such license, and shall pay for said license, when granted, the sum of twenty-five dollars per annum, payable in advance; and no li cense shell be granted for a shorter period than six months.
