Last week. Lars Samuelson, a
Scandinavian, living in the hills
south o f Middle Coquille was
found dead in the woods beside a
deer that be was carrying home.
He was missing two days when his
brother went in search of him and
found him as stated before. It is
said he owned and controlled most
of the range in his part and that
others were jealous of him.

him. Warrants for unknown par­
