A man named John Jacobson, at

suicide last Thursday, by cutting
his throat with a razor and after

melancholy temperament, it is said,
because of his forced absence from
his family who live in Honolulu.
He was about fifty years old.

attorney, Ralph B. Fisher because
Fisher was the cause of having him
disbarred, was convicted of murder
in the first degree and sentenced to
hang, by Judge Bronaugh, Friday
Feb. 5th. The killing of Fisher by
Finch, was one of the most cold
blooded murders ever perpetrated in
the state of Oregon.
