following resolutions were passed by
the District Bead Convention in
session on above date:
Inasmuch as School Clerks are
compelkd to assume large financial
responsibility in the cure of th»
school money, and inasmuch as tlx
County Treasurer is the proper
emtodian of public funds, be it
Resolved, That it is the sense of
