He will go overland via Drain and will meet Mrs. Dyer at Albany, where she has been visiting with friends and relatives. He will return in a week or ten days. Tuesday afternoon Justice Strang heard evidence in the case of Chris Richards vs R. P. Hunt, in which case the litigants were disputing over the conditions of a horse trade. As there were no witnesses to the trade, there was very little reliable evidence on either side^wbilo each party to the transaction told a version of the cir cumstance directly opposite of the other, and so there yon are.
