not so numerous that any waste can
be tolerated, and if the party that
killed a deer at Alder Springs, taking
only the bams and leaving the bal
auce of the carcass to the crows and
vultures, could be identified it is prob­
able that they would be dealt with by

law, The deed was doubly vicious
by reason of the fact that it was com­
mitted before the season for killing
