There is a class of rurious people every where and. as a rule contemptibly curious about letters and other mail matter which hey chance to get buhl of. They will open all letters coming into their possession, aud often when kuowing full well they do not belong to them they will, after reading the letters, write on the envelope, “ opened by mistake,” and withont signing their names, drop it bae^ into the post- office box or during the daytime when not observed. This class of curious individuals are warned to be careful in tbo near future.
