Logan actually visited the island in San Francisco Bay in 1978 as part of a peaceful Native American ceremony. Tribal Office Closures Tribal offices will be closed on Monday, Nov. 11, in observance of Veterans Day. Offices also will be closed on Friday, Nov. 22, in ob- servance of Tribal Restoration Day. Offices will be closing at noon on Wednesday, Nov. 27, and closed Thursday through Friday, Nov. 28-29, in observance of Thanksgiving.
