Spirit Mountain Gaming, Inc. Board of Director’s Position Opening Spirit Mountain Gaming, Inc. invites dynamic business orientated individuals to apply to the Spirit Mountain Gaming, Inc. Board of Directors. There is one available board position open for a qualified Tribal member who possesses the appropriate business knowledge and experience. The SMGI Board of Directors is responsible to the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Tribal Council and oversees fiscal account- ability, budgets, policies, procedures and business operations of Spirit Mountain Casino. The SMGI Board meets once a month on average but more if necessary. Each board member receives a stipend each month for their participation. Qualifications should include general business knowledge, experi- ence in hospitality/customer service driven environment, 10 years of experience in a responsible business position, and strong financial experience. Knowledge of Native American owned and operated organizations preferred but not mandatory. There should also be a demonstrated ability to be responsive to the goals of the business and its increasing dynamic character with appropriate analytical and communication skills. Ability to pass a thorough background check and obtain a gaming license is necessary. Deadline to apply is July 30, 2016. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Grand Meadows Unit #20 Resto- ration project located in Grand Ronde, Oregon includes the restoration of a manufactured home Unit #20 located in Grand Meadows and replacing a concrete patio located in Tribal Housing. Which includes repairing certain damage and weathering of the buildings. A list of the minimum repairs is included in Section 00 42 00 Scope of Work. BID SUBMITTAL Sealed bids for the construction of the Grand Meadows Unit #20 Restoration project must be received by Shonn Leno, Housing Department manager, Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, 28450 Tyee Road, Grand Ronde, OR 97347, by or before 3 p.m. local time, Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2016, at the Housing Department. Office Building. Bids (including all required documentation) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with bidder’s identification plainly marked on the outside including name, project name, bid date and time. Bids shall be submitted on the form provided within Section 00 41 00 of the bid documents.
