The training was led by Grand Ronde Tribal Police Officer Patrick McConnell and Tribal Emergency Operations Coordinator Jamie Baxter and the entire clinic staff participated in the drill, which practiced what to do if an active shooting event were to happen in the clinic. LaChance played the role of the active shooter.
