“Get Fired Up for Reading”: This Reading Incentive program
started Jan. 15 and ended Feb. 28. We added a dragon scale that
named the book title and reader’s name for each book read; 228
books were read by 129 readers. We surpassed last year’s record!
Thank you to everyone who participated. We have a participant
prize bag for everyone who earned a dragon scale. The Tribal ECE
students will receive their prize bag with their class. The Library
Dragon will be up for all to see until the end of March.
Donations: Many thanks to the following contributors to the
library collection: Cataloging is on hold until the collection inven-
tory is completed.
REMINDER: The library no longer accepts: VHS or cassette
tapes and/or paperback books (mass-produced). Donated items
must be clean and in good condition. Thank you.
The Tribal Library is a CCRLS Circulation Site: Use your
Chemeketa Cooperative Regional Library Services library card
to place electronic holds on resources in the 18 partner libraries
and items will be couriered here for check out and can be checked
back in here as well.
Inter-Library Loan services: The Tribal Library partners with
Oregon State Library to offer “library to library” inter-library loan
services. By completing the inter-library loan form, library patrons
may request items from the Oregon State Library collection. OSL
lending policies apply for return of items.
