More than 80 em ployees attended the event with 47 employees participating. In the women's division, Kari Gulp, Tribal Community Health Program manager, took first place; Nicole Teeter, Tribal accounts payable specialist, took second; and Amber Yates, patient registration at the Grand Ronde Health and Wellness Clinic, placed third. In the men's division, Jeremy Galloway, a Tribal maintenance technician, took first place; Jim Holmes, Tribal Kisk and Insurance admin istrator, took second; and Josh Clift, Tribal Associate Vocational Program & Noncredit Program coordinator, placed third. Gas cards value at $75, $50 and $25 were awarded for first, second and third place, respectively. . . .. . .. . ..... OPEN FOR COMMENT GUARDIANSHIP AND CONSERVATORSHIP ORDINANCE The Tribal Council is considering adoption of a Guardianship and Conservatorship Ordinance. The proposed ordinance was given a First Reading at the Sept. 25, 2013, Tribal Council meeting. The purpose of the proposed Guardianship and Conservatorship Ordi nance is to promote the general welfare of Tribal members by establishing " procedures for the protection of property and welfare of those who are ' determined to be incapacitated as defined in the proposed Ordinance. The Tribal Council invites comment on the Guardianship and Con servatorship Ordinance. For a copy of the proposed Ordinance, please contact the Tribal Attorney's Office at 503-879-4664.
