If you or someone you know, friends or family, I IAVE NOT RESPONDED TO SOS CORRESPONDENCE requesting information regarding primary insurance coverage, please contact one of the SOS team members IMMEDIATELY! Final Suspension letters have been sent to Tribal members resid ing in Oregon who have not responded to our SOS requests. The last thing any of us working on the Secondary Payer project want to do is drop Tribal members from Shasta Skookum. Suspension letters for Tribal members residing outside of Oregon who have not responded to our SOS requests have also gone out. We need to hear from you, too! Suspension from Skookum means that your medical and dental bills will not be paid until you respond to our request for information. This could also affect your prescriptions. Please make time to stop by and visit with us. D Pumpkin Patch trip set for Oct. 1 1 The annual Pumpkin Patch trip will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11. The trip will be to Heiser Farms, where there will be an animal petting area, hayride, hay maze, hay pyramid and each child will be allowed to take home one pumpkin. Afterward, there will be pizza and a movie at Third Street Pizza in McMinnville. People must RSVP to Youth Education Secretary Tiffany Mercier by Monday, Oct. 7. B Education offers Chinuk Wawa classes The Tribe's Cultural Education Department offers adult Chinuk Wawa language classes from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Monday and Wednesday in Room 207 in the Tribal Adult Education Building.
