PLEA FOR HELP! SAVE
OUR SKOOKUM!
This is a plea for help! If you or someone you know, friends or family,
I IAVE NOT RESPONDED TO SOS CORRESPONDENCE requesting
information regarding primary insurance coverage, please contact
one of the SOS team members IMMEDIATELY!
Final Suspension letters have been sent to Tribal members resid
ing in Oregon who have not responded to our SOS requests. The last
thing any of us working on the Secondary Payer project want to do
is drop Tribal members from Shasta Skookum.
Suspension letters for Tribal members residing outside of Oregon
who have not responded to our SOS requests have also gone out. We
need to hear from you, too!
Suspension from Skookum means that your medical and dental
bills will not be paid until you respond to our request for information.
This could also affect your prescriptions.
