Suspension letters for Tribal members residing outside of Oregon who have not responded to our SOS requests have also gone out. We need to hear from you, too! Suspension from Skookum means that your medical and dental bills will not be paid until you respond to our request for information. This could also affect your prescriptions. D EDdeirs FnsDniiinig TirapD set!; four Sepft. 25 An Elders Fishing Trip and Picnic is set for Wednesday, Sept. 25, at Henry Haag Lake near Forest Grove. Buses will leave the Elders' Activity Center at 8 a.m. This is a rain or shine event. Transportation, fishing gear and a meal will be provided. The meal will include burgers, hot dogs and a picnic-style luncheon. The Tribe's Fish and Wildlife Committee is sponsoring the event for Elders and their spouses only. A Tribal fishing license is required. It can be acquired by calling the Tribal Natural Resources Department at 503-879-2424. If your family member's or friend's plot is a veteran and we do not have a veteran's flag present on holidays, please inform us. We will do our best to mark all plots of veterans.
