DECREE NAME CHANGE
In the Matter of:
CASHATT, SUMMER,
Petitioner,
Based on the allegations set forth in the Petition for Change of
Name filed by Petitioner on March 21, 2012.
THE COURT FINDS AS FOLLOWS:
1. This Court has jurisdiction over the Petitioner and the subject
matter of the Petition herein;
2. The Petitioner is over 18 years of age;
3. The Petitioner is an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes
of Grand Ronde Community of Oregon;
4. The Petitioner has not petitioned and been granted a change of
name by the Tribal Court within the past twelve (12) months;
5. The Petitioner has served Notice to Creditors and has served
Notice to Former Spouse, and no other persons are entitled to notice
of the Petition.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND DECREED:
1. The name of the Petitioner is changed from Summer Rose
Cashatt to Summer Rose Mercier;
2. The Clerk of the Tribal Court shall cause a copy of this order
to be published in the Tribal Newsletter;
3. The Clerk of the Tribal Court shall submit a certified copy of
this order to the Grand Ronde Tribal Enrollment office;
4. The Clerk of the Court shall provide a certified copy of the Order
to the Oregon State Department of Vital Statistics.

Warren, 49, walked on May 15,
2012.
Tim loved fishing. He made flies
and lures and sold them all over
the world.
He was river guide in Oregon and
also was a marathon runner, race
car driver and carpenter.
He is survived by his wife, Ba
bette; sons, Justin, Austin and
Ian; parents, Mariam Warren and
Evelyn and Leo Seidel; five sisters,
two brothers and 23 nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held May 19 at the Kingdom Hall of
Jehovah's Witnesses in Nash, Texas.

These rules, set forth, will govern the Grand Ronde TnTjalQxntCASAKj Art Contest as a means of c
used for Court Program recruitment purposes, and not returned to the artist Artists will be asked to draw a picture that reflects this year's theme, "I am for the
child," a theme used by National CASA
Contest Deadlines:
The contest will officially begin on May 1st, 20 12. All artists submitting an entry m 13 by 4:30 pm

Contest Eligibility:
Members of the C!onfeclerated Tribes of Grand Ronde between the ages of 6 and 18 can apply.
Criteria for Judging:
Entries will be judged according to age group: 6 and under, 7 to 12, and 13 to 18.

Restrictions on subiect matter of entry:
I The design must be the contestant's own original creation and may not be copied, traced, or duplicated from previously published art, including photographs. 4
Submissions must have: been completed within the past year. One submission per child Submissions may not be photocopies.

Selection and ownership of contest entries:
AH entries selected to be displayed will become the property of Grand Ronde Tribal Court. Therefore, artwork will not be returned to the artist
