The name of the Petitioner is changed from Summer Rose Cashatt to Summer Rose Mercier; 2. The Clerk of the Tribal Court shall cause a copy of this order to be published in the Tribal Newsletter; 3. He made flies and lures and sold them all over the world. He was river guide in Oregon and also was a marathon runner, race car driver and carpenter. He is survived by his wife, Ba bette; sons, Justin, Austin and Ian; parents, Mariam Warren and Evelyn and Leo Seidel; five sisters, two brothers and 23 nieces and nephews.
