The ball is a fundraiser for Kids on the Block, which provides afterschool child care to McMinnville School District students. Pairemittoinigj classes sett Parents with children from newborn to 8 years of age are invited to participate in "Make Parenting a Pleasure" classes to be held on six con secutive Wednesdays from April 6 through May 11. Classes will be held from 5:30 to 8 p.m. in the Tribe's Adult Education Building. Parents will learn stress strategies, tips for communicating with babies and young children, facts about child development, discipline techniques and ways to encourage positive behavior.
