Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009 Noon 1 p.m. Education Classroom 126 . The presentation will include information about the early treaties that were never ratified and the Willamette Valley Treaty. Refreshments will be provided. George Fox University onlinehybrid program George Fox University is planning to launch a Management and Orga nizational Leadership hybrid bachelor's degree-completion program which is set to begin January 2010. The hybrid program only requires three on-campus weekends (Fri. Sat.) at the Portland campus with the rest of the 16-month program being online. They are seeking Native Americans who are unemployed or under-employed for an 18-week course that will train them to be an Energy Auditor.
