OPEN FOR COMMENT Notice of Availability of Funds and Request for Comment on Proposed Use The Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, as a Special Transporta tion Fund Agency, has been allocated up to $110,514 for the 2009 201 1 biennium under the Public Transportation Discretionary Grant program offered by the Oregon Department of Transportation. The Tribe is requesting comment on the following project proposed for usejof this funding: A project to support the operations of commuter ejjif ess transit service betweeaaJenlaii(iG5pjidARpn,de through pur chased services including nine round trips per day Monday through Friday which are open to the general public and lift equipped for the disabled. This Salem-Grand Ronde route is in the Tribe's existing adopted Coordinated Transportation Plan as a priority service. The Plan was created with and reviewed and recommended by the Tribe's STF Advisory Committee for adoption by Tribal Council. !
